Acura CSX Sales Training Ride and Drive

Challenge

The Acura division of Honda Canada Inc. required a partner to execute a dynamic program to train their sales people on the all new Acura CSX Sedan.

Integrated Solution

Integrated developed a turnkey multicity program with a unique learning experience that would enhance the retention of the material presented to the Sales Personnel. We called the learning experience Lights, Camera, Acura. Participants worked in groups lead by a facilitator.  The groups developed a commercial highlighting the unique selling points of the new CSX. This exercise created a fun and exciting atmosphere filled with laughter and learning at the same time. Each commercial was professionally edited on site and shown to the groups at the end of each day. The groups loved seeing the final product and the room was filled with laughter. The client also received the collection of commercials at the end of the program. These show pieces could be used for future events (dealer meeting, sales contest, etc.). Acura received the highest survey scores in their history from customers who took delivery of the new CSX. Integrated produced an innovative program with significant results.
